All sales are final and non-refundable.
A five-deck minimum is required on wholesale orders.
All wholesale orders must be placed through the wholesale site listings to receive discounted wholesale pricing.
Wholesale orders are tax-free. Just enter your Tax ID number in the order notes. I must receive this number before I can process your order.
I currently accept all major credit/debit cards & PayPal.
I will usually ship out orders within 7 business days. If for some reason I cannot make this window I will let you know.
All orders ship from Georgia, US.
Packages will most likely be mailed using USPS unless there is a more suitable method.
International buyers: Please consider that shipping costs will be higher and there may also be additional customs fees on your end. Sorry! This is out of my control. Please also be aware of any restrictions in your country before placing your order. I will reach out to you if I am unable to fulfill your order.
I will provide a tracking number, but please understand I have no control over delivery time once your order is out of my hands. If you think your package may be lost please contact me to discuss options.
Please verify the correct address is entered as I can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses. If a replacement shipment is necessary due to an incorrect address entry, the customer will be required to cover any additional shipping costs.
In the event of a damaged shipment, please email photos to hello@theempatheticchicken.com and I will do my best to make it right.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please let me know if there is a problem with your order.
